Napanda is a bedtime-habit app that helps you set a sleep goal, wind down, and track your
progress. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it β in plain
language.
Who we are
Napanda ("we", "the app") is an independent app. If you have any questions about this policy or
your data, you can reach us at napandapp@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and password when you create an account. If you
choose Sign in with Apple or Google instead, we receive your email address and name from that
provider.
- Your activity in the app. The information you enter to use Napanda: your name, your
bedtime goal, the bedtimes and wake-ups you log, your streak, your mood check-ins, your
wind-down reminders, and your alarm time.
- Basic technical data. When you use an account or sync, our infrastructure provider
processes standard request information (such as your IP address) to keep the service secure.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information only to run the app for you:
- Save your progress and sync it across your devices so it isn't lost.
- Personalize the app (for example, greeting you by name).
- Show the wind-down reminders and alarm you set up.
We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes your data
- Supabase provides our database and account sign-in. Your account and synced progress
are stored there on our behalf.
- Sign in with Apple / Google (only if you use them) verify who you are and share your
email and name with us.
- Your device. A copy of your data is also stored locally on your phone. Reminders and
the alarm are scheduled on your device as local notifications β nothing about them is sent to
us.
Your choices
- Edit anything β your goal, reminders, moods, and name can be changed in the app at
any time.
- Delete your account. Go to Settings β Delete account. This permanently
removes your account and all of the progress associated with it. This can't be undone.
- Notifications can be turned off anytime in your phone's system settings.
Keeping your data: we keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you
delete your account, your data is deleted with it.
Children
Napanda is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and
we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will
be reflected here.
